Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

1 cup (240 mL) non-fat 1/2 & 1/2 or light cream

1 1/2 cups (360 mL) sugar

6 ounces (177 mL) unsweetened chocolate

1 cup (240 mL) butter or margarine

1/8 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons orange-flavored liquor

Directions

Place the cream, sugar, chocolate, butter, and salt in the Vita-Mix container. Secure lid. Select VARIABLE speed #1. Turn on the machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Run for 4-6 minutes or until heavy steam rises through the lid opening. Just before turning machine off, add liquor.
